Housing Bridge Real Estate Lending


Greystone offers interim financing solutions for owners of multifamily, seniors housing, and healthcare properties that require time to position their properties for permanent financing. Since each bridge financing situation is unique. Greystone’s dedicated bridge loan team works with our clients’ to structure transactions that prepare properties for one of Greystone’s permanent loan programs in an efficient manner. We are committed to meeting our clients’ financing objectives and closing timeframes.

Greystone’s flexible approach offers variable rate interest-only loans with terms from 6 to 24 months, and in some cases, up to 36 months. Loan amount range from under $1 million to more than $30 million. There are no lock-outs, prepayment penalties, or yield maintenance fees.

Greystone’s professionals are highly proficient in all FHA mortgage insurance programs from refinancing to new construction to modifications of existing FHA-insured loans.
