Stephen Rosenberg is President and CEO of Greystone & Co., Inc. (collectively "Greystone") with it's affiliates and the principal shareholder in Greystone Bank. He founded Greystone in 1988 as an independent investment banking firm and has since developed it into a mature investment firm with a national reputation. The Greystone financial companies umbrella now includes 18 companies in 12 states, including a mortgage entity with a loan portfolio of approximately $7 billion. 

As CEO, Mr. Rosenberg is responsible for the coordination and management of corporate affairs. Prior to founding Greystone & Co., Inc., Mr. Rosenberg was a National Director with Dean Witter Reynolds. He holds a DMD degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dentistry and an MBA degree from the Wharton School.
   
Colon A. Terrell, Jr. is President of Greystone Bank, responsible for developing and implementing the bank’s unique business plan. During his 38-year banking career, he has served as president of banks in North Carolina, Tennessee and Florida. Mr. Terrell has experience in establishing new banks, the turnaround of troubled banks, and non-traditional banking. Prior to joining Greystone Bank, he was a Realtor in Destin, Florida, specializing in investment resort property. He has a BA degree from North Carolina State University and is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers University.

Jeffery E Whicker is the Chief Financial Officer of Greystone Bank, responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, investment portfolio management, asset liability management, and regulatory reporting. In 11 years of banking experience, Mr. Whicker has worked with banks across the country, where he has overseen the operations of all corporate financial systems, including general accounting, profitability measurement, internal auditing and risk management. Prior to joining Greystone Bank, Mr. Whicker was the Chief Financial Officer of Ameriprise Bank in Minnesota. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Utah. He is also a Certified as a Public Accounting in the state of Utah.
